- The App bar situated at the top features a workspace switcher, menus (exclusive to Windows), and other application controls. For Mac users in specific products, it can be toggled via the Window menu.
- The Tool panel contains tools for image creation, editing, artwork, and page elements, with related tools grouped together.
- The Document window showcases the file currently being worked on. These windows can be tabbed and, in certain instances, grouped and docked.
- Panels aid in monitoring and modifying work, allowing for grouping, stacking, or docking.
- The Application frame consolidates all workspace elements into a single, cohesive window, treating the application as a unified entity. Adjusting the frame or any of its elements prompts all elements to respond accordingly, avoiding overlap. Panels remain visible even when switching applications or clicking out of the application accidentally. When working across multiple applications, they can be arranged side by side on one screen or across multiple monitors.
For Mac users preferring the traditional interface, the Application frame can be disabled.
- The Options bar presents options pertinent to the currently selected tool.
The Contextual Task Bar is a dynamic menu that displays the most pertinent actions for your current workflow. It enables you to modify text alignment, spacing (both leading and kerning), and font style (such as bold, italics, or underline) directly from the bar itself.
