If you take away all panels from a dock, the dock vanishes. To form a dock, simply drag panels to the right edge of the workspace until a drop zone emerges.
For removing a panel, right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Mac) on its tab, then choose Close, or uncheck it from the Window menu.
To include a panel, pick it from the Window menu and dock it in your preferred location.
